Executive Director
The Executive Director leads HEARTS WITH DESTINY with vision, passion, and strategic oversight. They are responsible for guiding the organization’s mission, setting long-term goals, and ensuring programs and initiatives align with our core values. The Executive Director oversees all operational, financial, and programmatic activities, builds partnerships with the community, and represents the organization to donors, stakeholders, and the public. They inspire the team, drive organizational growth, and ensure that HEARTS WITH DESTINY continues to make a meaningful impact through the arts.

Program Director
The Program Director manages the design, development, and implementation of all arts and training programs at HEARTS WITH DESTINY. They oversee curriculum planning, coordinate instructors, and ensure that each program meets high standards of quality and accessibility. The Program Director monitors program effectiveness, gathers feedback, and continuously improves offerings to meet the needs of students and the community. They play a critical role in fostering creativity, skill development, and meaningful learning experiences for participants of all ages.

Community Outreach Coordinator
The Community Outreach Coordinator builds connections between HEARTS WITH DESTINY and the wider community. They develop partnerships with schools, local organizations, and community groups to expand access to our programs. The Coordinator organizes events, workshops, and outreach initiatives to engage the community, raise awareness about our mission, and encourage participation in arts programs. By fostering relationships and promoting inclusion, the Community Outreach Coordinator ensures that HEARTS WITH DESTINY reaches and positively impacts as many individuals as possible.
